On the weekend I attended a Kaszazz workshop. One of the cards was a challenge. We had a selection of stamps & cardstock. the only requirement was that we had to use distress inks and also shrink plastic.
The shrinky is the compass hanging from the tag twill and the background was made by dragging distress inks across a sheet of acetate and then liberally spritzing with water and placing card on top.
I am using this card for a friend's birthday, he lives at the beach.
