Tomorrow, my DD graduates from 8th grade. This is the card I made for her. They don't wear cap & gown so I didn't want to use the standard graduation images. She loves the beach and we will be spending vacation there, so I thought this would be an appropriate image. I colored the dress purple as that is her favorite color. I thought of this as her looking out at her future. I really hope she likes it!

Oh, this is precious, and so is our DD! I love the scene you made for her, this image is dreamy! TSMFS

Just gorgeous card! Your coloring is fantastic and the sponging depicting airy clouds and fluffy watercolored sand. Don't know it that's what you were looking for, but I like it.

Aw, this is such a wonderful card, Kathy! I thought that it was her "looking to the future," too, with this image. Congrats on making it through "mental" school with her!

Great card - I had exactly the same thought (looking out to her future) before I read your description! I love the fact you picked her favourite things rather than going for a "traditional" grad card, great job!
