I look forward to the MFT guest challenge every month. The theme for June is "Some Like it Hot". I was trying to decide how I wanted to interpret this, and was inspired by my 4 year old nephew this afternoon.
He just got home from a visit to Atlanta, and had gone to the World of Coca-Cola. He told me he saw a polar bear today - and I asked him if it was a real polar bear. He said of course E.E. (that's what he calls me) - He shook my hand. He was really sweet. All I could image was how hot it must be having to dress up in a polar bear costume in Atlanta....and then my inspiration came. It would be pretty stinkin hot in a dinosaur costume too!
I stamped my image once on Neenah paper and colored with copics, and I stamped another image on watercolor paper, ran it through the cuttlebug to give it a reptilian texture, and then colored that with distress inks and glimmer mist.
I made the medallions from grunge paper with a great cuttlebug die that I picked up this weekend for $2 at Big Lots.
Thanks for another great challenge ladies!

Oh my gosh! Thank you for pointing out to me that I had the keyword in the wrong place! That's what I get for posting when I'm sleepy! I think I have it fixed now.
