This is one of those cards for me that either looked better in my imagination or just looks better in real life, proving that I'm a terrible photographer. LOL! I just couldn't capture the photo the way I wanted to in order to highlight the beautiful purple and brown metallic papers that were gifted to me from friends.
I chose photo #49 from the Amy Atlast Events website. How fun it must be to have a job that you love!!! Amy sure creates some beautiful designs.
I colored the Embrace Life flowers in the vase with a blender pen and Very Vanilla reinker; and I colored the Embrace Life flowers on the Very Vanilla cardstock with an SU metallic pencil that coordinated well with the pretty metallic paper. The center sentiment circle is popped up on a dimensional. I used my large oval punch to make my vase out of the embossed brown metallic paper.

Yes, I can catch a hint of the sheen in your papers...this is a fabulous interpretation of the inspiration piece!

Have you considered a third option, which is a fact - metallic papers just ARE hard to capture. So I reckon it's better in real life, not your imagination and not your photography. Ha, there are times I tell myself to quit making the type of card that is hard to get a good photo of. And I do see some of the metallic sheen, plus the lovely look of the white on pink flowers.
