When I saw this stamp, I knew I just had to buy it. Not only is it inspirational, it is Asian. Our son (adopted) is from Korea, and he is going through a difficult stage in his life. He is away at college, and is questioning the existence of God. This stamp has Faith, Hope, and Love lined up vertically in the Asian script, and is lined up in such a way I can ink only one at a time if I choose. So this week I only inked "Faith". Next week I will send him a card with "Hope", Third week "Love", and fourth week with all three. Inside each card will be a corresponding verse to go with the word. I am really praying that it will lift his spirits and guide him back into the arms of God.
The verse to correspond with this card is Hebrews 11:1 - Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
I have not created the other three as yet. I am hoping I do not run out of the card stock I used for this one, because I would really like to use the same for all 4 cards as they all really go together as a set.
Even tho' I created this card for my son, I believe it could be used for any man as an encouragement, friendship, thinking of you type of card.
Well, that's the story behind this card. Hope it lifts my son's spirits. Thanks so much for stopping by and looking.
