For the May 2010 VSN, alicaz challenged us with this:
"Rain, Rain Go Away, come again another day - that's what my kids sing on all rainy days - and we usually have a LOT of them in April. But as you all know - April showers bring May flowers
So to keep up with all the April Showers, I challenge you to create a "WET LOOKING" card, that means a card with shiny, slick, wet looking elements for example crystal effects, dew drops, acetate ..."
The water is "wet." I stamped a piece of clear acetate with Staz-on white opaque ink to make the waves and then I had to figure out how to attach it to the pattern paper without leaving glue marks. I adhered paper rectangles to the back of the pattern paper and then glued the sailboats on top of those rectangles and on top on the acetate. Clouds are freeformed cut and outlined with pigma micron pen.

I love how you made and attached your water. Very creative!
