My direct upline and I are hosting a Spring Stamp Camp in May, and we're both coming up with four projects. This is my fourth project. Isn't it pretty?
I started with a Basic Black card base and then stamped the flourish from the set in Basic Black ink onto Whisper White cs. On another piece of Whisper White cs, I stamped the floral image with Basic Black and then used my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig to stamp the sentiment in the bottom left corner. On a scrap piece of Whisper White, I stamped the hummingbird. (He was inked according to Zindorf's direction. Ink up the bird with Old Olive ink and then use your Not Quite Navy marker to color his head and tail feathers. Yep, that's a Not Quite Navy marker colored over Old Olive ink. Makes it look like Always Artichoke, but that's okay with me.) He's cut out and adhered to the card with Dimensionals.
I love the elegance of this one and think it'd be great for Mother's Day, birthday or any occasion.
