I stamped the French Filigree Background stamp with black, then cut into 3 strips. I used my white watercolor wonder crayon to highlight some areas. I them sponged the strips with 3 different colors and wiped the color off the white highlighted areas (Crayon Resist technique). I laid the strips out, but left a tiny bit of space to layer with black.
I really wanted the background to do the work for this card, so I just did a sentiment and some ribbon overtop. I offset it for a unique look. Thanks for looking.

I love this! What a cool card!! Glad you didn't dress up the rest of it too much - the background DESERVES center stage! :-)
