{Sigh!} This card makes me happy! These colours are gorgeous together and I really went down a 'me' direction, using watercolouring, buttons, ribbon and texture - all my faves!
I used Taylor's sketch challenge this week for the layout and used a variety of retired DSP for the background panels which I sponged with Close to Cocoa ink. I layered them on Blush Blossom then Close to Cocoa and then ran the whole panel through the Argyle pattern cuttlebug embossing folder.
The main image was stamped on watercolour paper with versafine then embossed with clear EP and watercoloured with reinkers and an aqua painter (I just bought a super-fine detail aqua painter which I am LOVING!). The main flower was stamped twice and cut out and layered over the main image to create dimension. I combined some nestabilities to create the layers around the image then added some buttons with linen thread. The ribbon is SU twill tape.
TFL!
