I don't have any violet stamps, New Jersey's state flower, so I had to improvise. I took a stroll into my backyard, and low and behold, violets by the hundreds!!
I took a bunch of photos and then used my photo editing software to add a beautiful quote by Edna St. Vincent Millay.
Jersey sure has been taking a beating lately... Not too much to smile about economically, but we certainly have a wealth of beauty all around us - if you just take a moment to stop and look!!

This is beautiful and you know what? - I never would have thought that New Jersey's flower would be violets!!!! No idea what I thought, just didn't think of violets. Your picture taking skills are wonderful, by the way!

What a gorgeous card you have created!!! I love your photo and how talented you are to be able to put a quote with it. I also like the dry embossing you did on your cardstock. SO pretty!! Violets are IL's state flower too. That's my home.
