I am so happy Patsmethers was honored as our 3rd Queen for the Day. Her cards just simply ooooooze with heart and creativity. This is not an actual case of a card....I am working on that one.....but this is an inspiration of her talent for making beautiful scenes and masculine cards. This card was for my youngest son, Shane, who recently took up golf...FINALLY. His birthday was February 9th and he just got this card last night for his birthday dinner......I tell you often that I am late with everything. This is proof.
I am off again to work on my case for sweet Pat (Buttnik). She joined the 'nik' family a few months ago. Mutnik and I have a growing family and we LOVE it.
Thanks for looking. Comments appreciated.

Wonderful card - bet your son loved it. Love the plaid bg - so perfect for a golf card. I feel like we must be kin with the "being late for everything syndrome" you describe. I'm always so far behind with any challenges around here I usually forget what I was doing it for in the first place. I think with the QFTD 'game' that we are pretty much free to honour the Queen in any way we see fit so if it's not a direct CASE, who cares. You were inspired by her! Good enough. I love that Annie Jo started spinning her big ol' QFTD wheel!

Wow, I bet Shane loved this! It did come with instructions, right? The one that if he is tempted to toss this that it be forwarded immediately to me? hehe I love that cb plaid bg, goes perfectly with that beautiful golf scene. AND look at that tiny checkered border. Now how'd you go and do that? Plus, look at that faux stitching. Oh my, but you sure go to great lengths making your cards fabulously beautiful and manly at the same time. I love this. You done good sis. TFS :0)

I'm totally impressed ~ you actually acknowledge how difficult it is for you to do anything on time. No surprise there, unfortunately russian satellite spy! what a great golf scene. You must have purchased this on the hopes of sending it to someone very very special...a male golfer? Wonderful coloring. Girl, this is actually pretty darn great!

Wow, an awesome scene. Your son will think it is worth the wait when he sees this beauty of a birthday card. (I think most card makers are late on cards because we are too busy creating more cards)
