I add a few drops of regular bleach and water to a folded paper towel in a glass baking dish, enough to thoroughly wet the paper towel. Have a wet towel on the side for cleaning your stamp. Stamp your c/s and watch what happens. Keep in mind that different c/s's work differently with this technique, so practice first. Stamps that are somewhat detailed work better with this technique. Solid stamps will not pick up and hold all the liquid.
Let dry. Cut corners with punch or scissors and apply to background c/s card. Apply the cut corners adjacent to the larger piece.
Cut 2 partial holes on side seam and thread ribbon through and tie bow.
