This is my DD's 4th birthday party. She is Wall-E crazy. I know she is a girl, but she loves the little robot.
I cased this LO from the January 2010 issue: Lisa Kisch, page 44. I loved this LO so much, that I think I used it 2 more times for different albums! Thanks for the inspiration, Lisa.
I also had some help from my scrappy friend Melina - I wanted to get some tire treads on here somehow that looked like Wall-E's. She suggested that I used a toy car. Lo and behold - I had one toy car amongst all the other toys! Thanks for your awesome idea, Melina! I kind of messed up, but I think it just adds a little personality (or that is what I tell myself to feel better, haha!).
If you are wondering - yes - there is a roach on the cake. My husband and I decorated the cake ourselves. The roach is Wall-E's friend, that my daughter named "Twinkie".

This is great. I like how the tracks turned out. The colors are fun and I love the effect of the rounded corners. (And I gotta admit, I've never seen a roach on a cake before, intentional or otherwise! lol)

I like your layout and great job on your cake! I also like the tracks, very clever. And, I like the brownies, too funny. You obviously put a lot of thought into your party and your LO.

First of all, great job on the cake! I love the roach, and I wish I had thought of it when my son had his Wall-e party. The layout also came out great, especially the tire tracks. I love the "personality."
