I used the faux silk technique on my sentiment panel. This is my first time with this technique--super easy and very cool outcome!.
The plaid panel is a scrap of fabric that I stitched down with my sewing machine. I watercolored my lily image with SU certainly celery ink. I made sure my lily was an EASTER LILY by giving it bright yellow fuzzy stamens with Sunshiny Yellow Fun Flock!!
I added a scored frame on my white card base and two rows of pearls as my embellishments. Done!

What a lovely Easter card, Emily! I like the real gingham fabric that you used and your lily is so beautifully watercolored. The all around border just finishes it off.

Emily, what a beautiful Easter card!! I really love the lily, and the wonderful greens! That punch is fabulous around the edges!! Great job...and the SUN is out. Can you believe it????!
