I've got SU's new Awash With Flowers in my hands, so I had to bust out some samples right away. I decided to really challenge myself and tackle this Bold Brights Color Challenge. Forums at Splitcoaststampers
I wanted to use a bunch of the flowers, so I created a long card - 9-1/4" x 4". I stamped the flowers on Whisper White cs with Basic Black ink and used Pink Passion and Lovely Lilac on the flowers and Gable Green on the grass and leaves. It's layered on Certainly Celery cs. I tore the top right corner of these two layers, added a Tempting Turquoise button and Whisper White Taffeta Ribbon combo with a Mini Glue and adhered it to a Pink Passion card base. I scalloped the edge of a piece of Tempting Turquoise cs, stamped the sentiment with Basic Black ink (and my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig) and tucked this in on the left.

Regina, my set will be here Wednesday and I can't wait! Did you mount it on the wood blocks? I think I'm going to keep it unmounted and put the sticker on the rubber/foam and put Tombow Mono Multi Glue on to make it stick to our acrylic blocks. But can I let it dry overnight before I use it? That's the question! I LOVE everything you've done with this set!

Oh I love the way this looks like a water colouring. I'm not usually drawn to such vibrant colours but what you have done is fantastic. The way you have added the button to the torn layered corner is such a great detail too.
