This is for Wendy's new challenge: Free for all. I used some black magic cardstock for my flowers, so I could emphasize the cuttlebug texture by sanding it. I almost never use black as a main color on my card neither vanilla. Of course I stamp a lot with black ink, but then I color everything - I love coloring. So it was a true challenge for me to create a more or less monochromatic card. I combined today's challenge with yesterdays Ways To Use challenge: Lace. I used some lace paper border which I love very much - it gives such a romantic touch to a card.
I didn't manage to use some pattern paper on the card, but that was optional, right? Except that, I had a hard time with the black color: I didn't have any black ribbon except one with doggie paw prints, well, it didn't match this card that well, LOL, so I used this craft and black ribbon. And after thirty minutes searching a black brad, I decided to color one with a marker... So... am I a brave girl or what???

You're definitely a brave girl, no doubt about that; however, when one is as creative as you, whatever they create is a master piece. It's hard to believe you dont use black or cream/vanilla often. I couldnt work without black. All that might surely suggest the difference between a genuine artist and a wanna b artist! Fabulous creation, hands down. Hugs to the little guys!
