I started with birthday, using Forest Friends, saving Serene Spring for Easter, figured I have plenty of time to do Christmas cards later, didnÂ’t know when she would need the first birthday card. I thought the only birthday stamps I had was SUÂ’s On Your Birthday, Family Phrases, and For a Friend, so rather than make them all alike, I was going to wait and do the inside later, when I could look through my other stamps. Most of my SU sets were at the other house, but luckily I had moved a lot of my clear stamps down.
When you have tons of stamp sets itÂ’s hard to remember what is what. I have a notebook with a copy of each SU set, divided by Christmas, background, word sets, wheels, all the rest, another notebook with copies of all my other brand stamp sets, but guess where they wereÂ…Â….at the other house. So I looked through my clear sets, and low and behold found some others to use.
I completed eight cards for her, plus a ValentineÂ’s card that she didnÂ’t ask for. This is the eighth birthday card. Ran across this dp and came up with this design, I really didnÂ’t figure she would want all of them, some are so dull looking. On the inside I used the same rabbit punch with blue, yellow & green like on the front. Stamped Hoping your birthday is as wonderful as your are from the Clear Dollar Stamp set Birthday Wishes. The good news was she liked every last one of them, no matter how dull they looked. When I finally get my House Mouse Bunnies moved I can make some more. Thanks for looking, and any comments.
