I totally missed playing in the challenges last weekend and hope to make up for it this weekend. We are talking about one gal in total withdraw'ls over here! LOL
What a fun site that Stef has selected again this week! I don't think the link will work, so I chose the Wish Tote Green handbag on the page. It screamed Wild Wasabi and I chose to pair it with Soft Sky. http://www.espe.ca/product/products_handbags.html
I am uber late in making/sending birthday cards. It is beyond embarrassing how far behind I am. This is for Peggy-Sue who's birthday was, ahem, 2 days ago. My bad.
The card ... I did a little blast from the past on this one. I used a River Rock card base, used Canvas for the background behind the flower, stamped the stems in WW on WW paper and cut it out. Stamped the circle with Soft Sky, punched it and then bugged it. Then added the silk flower, Prima flower and topped it with a button center and ribbon.
The silk flower was a gift from THE Ms Anne of Ryan, Queen of Networking and Sweetness. Thank you, Anne!
Happy Birthday Peggy-Sue and sorry your card will not likely arrive until March the way the post works these days!
Warm weekend wishes to everyone and thanks to all who have a moment to take a peek!
