I used the SC265 sketch for this Valentine card. Anne, am I driving you crazy yet with more Valentine cards? Oh, I hope so!! LOL!!
I stamped the heart from the SU A Happy Heart set, then I stamped another one on glossy paper and popped it up above the first one. Used the hearts border ef for the mat behind the heart and SU Sending Love DSP for the patterned papers.
I used SU wide stitched ribbon for the horizontal panel per the sketch and topped it with my lacy crochet ribbon. I added a MS punched medallion and SU heart brad. I found another plastic piece in my stash and this one said "love" in red, so I glued it on. Used the SU pinking hearts border punch for the bottom of the image panel.
Added some pearls and popped up the first layer, the embossed layer and heart on dimensionals.
Thanks so much for taking the time to look and have a great rest of the week!

Loving all the red and white in your gallery - makes my Canadian heart happy. (OK, I realize this is vanilla, but it's close...) I've got a little bit of punch envy happening here...that MS medallion is stinkin' cute and I still haven't ordered anything SU since the new mini came out... Pearls, fancy brads, ribbons, pretty paper - you've got all the right ingredients. Let the Valentine parade continue... Which one is for me?

Pam, you really know how to make a beautiful Valentine card. Love that crochet lace ribbon and the pretty medallion punched piece. Why don't I have that punch???????? Those plastic pieces are coming in handy I see.
I'll give you an A+ on this one.

Before I read your narrative, my first thought was 'oh geez, she's gone crazy with that valentine stuff'. yikes. Yes, you are driving me crazy, like over the edge crazy. Are you gonna be thrilled when John calls you some day to deliver horrific news about his precious, loving, beautiful, intelligent, warm and sensitive wife? I think not. I think you'd better get over this whole heart thing like yesterday, if you dont mind. Even though I have a hard time looking at your hearts/valentines/whatever, you sure did create a really pretty card today. Love the ribbon/trim and your heart is really fabulous. Nice work, Fruitcake. So what's the next holiday you can start gearing up for?
