I stamped my main image (Penny Black), and colored the small dotted ends with Copics. I then adhered Flower Soft Ultra Fine to those same dotted ends. (Much more fabulous in real life than what a photo can show!) I used a MS border punch and my SU piercing tools. I also added a few 'gems'.
