To me, the two most difficult jobs in the world are bus driver and elementary school music teacher. Two of my sons he been blessed to have Mr. K to guide and inspire them musically while enduring a room full of disharmonious 4th and 5th graders.
Maki asked us to use black, yellow and another color (brown is sort of a color!) in the Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge. I first stamped the drum from Flourishes Drummer Boy in Memento Tuxedo Black on cream CS, masked it, then stamped the trumpet and the horn. All were colored with my brand new Copics (I am looking for a class...) and highlighted with Spica pen. Cut these out and mounted on the main image from Flourishes Christmas Music stamped in Soft Suede on cream CS then sponged with Soft Suede. Matted with black, stitched, and mounted on Crushed Curry card. Quote stamped in black and sponged with Soft Suede and mounted.
Thanks for looking and have a blessed New Year.
