First of all, the card is adorable! It is such a perfect winter card with the colors and the 'snowflakes' in the container. Beautiful work. As for the static clean, I wonder if you used the little pad that you wipe across a card before you wet emboss (use embossing gun type embossing), if that would work. Just a thought.

So stinkin' *cute*!!!! This is one of my Gruffies! He looks even better in that wonderfully fun globe! (maybe you can run a dryer sheet over the inside to reduce static? Works on my cats!) Thanks for sharing this great card!
