I don't know what it is. All my projects now need to be sponged, stitched and most of the time end up with a layer of Crystal effect. I just go with it for now. I also LOVE to dry emboss patterned paper with cuttlebug folders and softly sponge it for even more texture.
The edges here were punched with Martha Stewarts Punch around the page Topiary punches.
