Hi, this is for today's clean and simple challenge which is to sponge on our cards. Sponging is not something I do very often. I took the negative of a punched snowflake and sponged fresh snow onto ripe avocado cs. I then sponged the edges just a little bit, added some brads and a button and mounted it onto a white card base. Very quick and simple, but I think I should have used a lighter touch on the negative space. Oh well, you live and learn. It actually looks heavier on the computer screen than IRL. Anyway, thanks Jen for a great challenge and thanks for looking!
ETA: This photo is so bad and the colour is way off. The main panel is actually avocado, not kraft as it appears on the screen, sorry!

Very pretty and wonderful sponging. Love how you used the negative snowflake.

Huh huh, so you were not too terribly interested in getting back into the swing of things, isnt that what you said? Well, you're proving that statement to be false. What a darling CAS card, my friend.

Dawn what we can see looks wonderful! Know what you mean about the picture taking...it took me longer to take the pic than do the card and I still didn`t get it right. Love the button in the center and that is a cool font on your sentiment. TFS!
