If I were making this card, I think I'd skip the two repeated images and just go for one or the other. I'd change the layout from landscape to portrit...and maybe add three eyelets at the bottom or something.

Maybe white eyelets for the center of the flowers? Add a contrasting layer of the flower cut out on top (blue/green, green/blue) to add some dimension?

Eyelets are a great idea. I would see how it looks using markers/pastels and color the black and white flowers on the background... I really like the layout - it is now a "favorite!"
