I had this set out on Friday all ready to make a card for the FLOURISHES FTTC sketch, and then I ended up making my Cracked Glass Dasher. But having the set out, and liking to use Flourishes stamps when I can, I made this too. Shabby vintage isn't my style, so it's not quite what I had but I'm happy enough.
A2 base, purple Core'dinations. Spotted paper is My Minds Eye Wild Asparagus, and the embossed circle at the top was just some coordinating paper that was around. Embossed with Script, and wiped over it with Milled Lavender, then edged with a gold pen.
For the main image, I stamped a Stampendous music score with StazOn Grey, and then sponged with Antique Linen. Then I stamped the flower in with Versafine Black, an dcoloured with H2Os. Distressed the edges and sponged again with Antique Linen. After trimming to size I punched a 1/2" circle out of a scrap, sponged the edges with purple and added it with a page pebble. Behind the flower panel I pleated some wide gold organza ribbon, and then attached this to the base layer. Added a ribbon rose and some Prima velvet leaves at the top. To add some visual interest at the bottom I used a sentiment from the set stamped with grey, sponged with Antique Linen and Milled Lavender, cut with a Spellbinders tag and popped up on foam with gold cord.
