This card was made especially for the contest at Waltzingmouse Stamps. Claire is launching her brand new store next week!!
The instructions were to make a card with your favorite stamp and lots of green. Well, it's hard to choose a favorite stamp, isn't it?!
I've had this little rabbit for awhile... and have always been partial to rabbits, so I thought it would be fun to give him the spotlight!!
And I've been loving my Waltzingmouse stamps ~ so the cottage scene was just right, too. Did you know there must be a nice wee garden out back? I think that's where this little fella is headed ;) .
Hope you enjoyed seeing this scene ~
I used watercolor paper, Stazon ink and permanent marker to stamp and draw the little hillside, Rubber Stamp Tapestry for a bit of foliage on the hill, and Distress Ink with a waterbrush to color.
There's a bit of Spica glitter on the bunny and I since he's so tiny I put him up on three layers of mini glue dots instead of dimensionals. Both image panels are on dimensionals.
- Scene and sentiment stamped over medallion are from Waltzingmouse Stamps,
- Rabbit I think is from Repeat Impressions,
- Foliage on the hill by RST,
- cardstock, DP, ribbon and button from Papertrey Ink,
- dewdrops by Robin's Nest;
- circle punches from SU.
TFL!!
