This is a great way to use up those darlings little scraps of your favorite scrap paper or cardstock.
It's hard to tell in the picture, but this is a 3"x3" card.
Find the center on a piece of base cardstock. I used Very Vanilla in this one. It will be covered up completely, so the color doesn't really matter. I found it easiest to draw a large plus sign on the Very Vanilla using a ruler to find the center. From there I could just easily match up the corners of my flower piece to make sure it was exactly center. Adhere your center "piece" and then glue matching stripes of paper around it, going one layer at a time. I used 1/4" strips, but I think I'd use larger if I were making a larger card and not a mini. I matched my layers, but you wouldn't have to.
