I did not have a lot of vintage accessories but I really think this card has a lot of vintage qualities with the colors, labels 4 die, and the image which looks really vintage to me.
The image is a Sarah Kay called Fanny's Cuddle. The paper is from Basic gray and Walk in the park (SU).
I added embroidered ribbon, rhinestones, and sewing for a more victorian look.

Very nicely done. I love all the pink and flowery DP and how you did your frames and embossing. It has a lot going on and is very pretty.

Beautiful!! Love the pink/brown and this image is adorable!! Great piercing/stitching and all the 'lacey' elements ... very vintage in deed!! Great job!
