I found that gorgeous piece of DP in my stash and chose the colors for my card based on that paper. This fits the Just Magnolia Too challenge for August to make a dimensional Tilda, popping up certain part, I popped up her face, hair and braid, her wings and the skirt on her jumper. The chiffon 'hollyhocks' I thought matched the SU wheel pretty well that I used for part of the background. You'll find a tutorial on Priscilla Style's blog, I provide a link on my blog, which is http://rosesbymywindow.blogspot.com. Thanks for looking.
