I was playing around with my Cuttlebug and trying to make some Christmas cards. I also wanted to make some more cards for this past Monday's clean & simple challenge.
For this challenge we were to find ways to use some sort of bling on our cards. Examples of bling would be rhinestones, gems, pearls, Stickles and glitter. I used pearls in the center of the snowflakes on this card.
To make this card I placed my card stock partially inside the embossing folder and then ran it through my Cuttlebug machine.
Then right below the snow dots embossing I used my scor-pal to add three horizontal embossed lines (it's hard to see because my ribbon is placed over it, but I wanted to create some sort of separation from the embossed area to the non-embossed area).
The snowflakes that are alongside the sentiment are a Cuttlebug die called Snowflake #2.
Another gorgeous cad - thanks for the inspiration. I might even start thinking about making all those Christmas cards before it gets too late like every other year. LOL TFS
