I also decided to use it for PickleTree's Born to be Wild challenge. There was another challenge about letting a song lead the way to your card, but I can't for the life of me remember which one it was.
I embossed a CHF bg stamp in black on Gmund Treasury Shimmer (gold). Paired that with a corregated black dp, embossed the zebra in black and added buttons. The zebra panel is popped up on dimensionals.

Divine Ms M., for awhile there, I was certain you weren't going to join us today. Whew, glad you've put that concern to rest. Oooh, do I ever love this wickedly wild thing card. Yes, I remember that song as if it were released yesterday.
Fabulous use of papers and design.

M, this is an awesome version of the original vases. You sure covered the shiny part. I love this retired image, one of my favorite oldies. Those buttons are great over the crimped panel.

My goodness, M, that background is a perfect pairing with the zebra. When I've recovered from buying the new PC I will have to check it out, as I know I still have a lot of mileage left in In the Wild. I really like that crimped panel down the side, too. I'll imagine the shimmer.
It was Deb's challenge that was inspired by the music .

Wow--super re-creation of those great zebra inspiration vases!! I love how you put together your layout. Great zebra image!! Those stripes are terrific, and the corrugated panel with the buttons along the side look terrific. Great inspiration challenge card!!

Wow - the texture on here is so great. I actually thought about doing this vase too but didn't have the DP to make it work and didn't want to go shopping or draw it. Your image and those buttons really add to this card. My daughter did a 6x6 zoo scrapbook several years ago and this would have been so perfect for her zebra pictures. WOW!!!!
