I'm sure this has been done before, but I thought I'd post it anyway. Yesterday I could take no more of my overflowing scrap bin and decided to to find a way to use all my bits and pieces of leftover card stock. I took a piece of 5.25 x 4 card stock and then arranged said leftover bits and pieces of background paper on it, playing around with patterns until I came up with a combination I liked. Some of the scraps fit perfectly and others I had to trim a little, but really I didn't have to do much cutting. Once I was happy with the layout I taped everything down and then ran it through my Cuttlebug with the Paisley embossing folder and VIOLA - a new quilt-like background for my card. Now if I could just figure out a sewing machine I'd be really excited! TFL!
