Hi everyone! Here is my card for this weeks Limited Supply Challenge229. My High School Colors were blue and red. A while back for the sketch challenge, Rox did a card with a quilt design background, and gave us the instructions. I liked it so well I tried it that week but I'm giving it another go this week, and here is the result. The small image inside the Martha Srewart fence frame was colored with prisma's and gamsol. I hand stitched this card as well as the one prior, but in the future I think I'll just do the faux stitching.

What beautiful colours Melanie. I just love the quilted effect in your patterns. Those scraps bring me back to a time when blue was all I wore, as you know it's my favourite colour you know. Where can I find that sketch you were talking about...TFS just perfect card.

This is so cool! Are your sure you didn't just cut up your neighbors quilt when she was sleeping, you know the $35,000 prize winning one that has been in every quilting magazine on the face of the earth, the one that she just took out extra insurance for?? yeah, that one! Well, your card is that cool!!!

Love the way you pieced your scraps and love the fence used as your border here. Fabulous card.
