This is my submission for this month's Flourishes Blog contest to incorporate a feeling of the ocean into your card.
I used the Flourishes stamp, Reverse Damask for the backgroud using the reverse emboss technique. The main image was colored with copics and then cut out with the nestabilities three dies, mounted on a larger die to frame it out.

Traci, this is so sweet! The colors are just beautiful. I love the skin coloring (I'm thinking of your overtanned Tilda! LOL!). The little gems are a sweet little accent. Good job!

Hi Traci! What a soft and beautiful card! Love the soft tones on this and your coloring is fabulous! And look at that gorgeous reverse damask background! I love that! I've never tried it, will have to put that on my "to do" list. Beautiful card, Traci!
