I made a cover for a scratch pad..like for Jr legal pads...just lots smaller and I added extra folds to be able to make a holder for the pen. The scratch pads are in the stationery dept at Walmart for about $1.50 for 5. I also ran strips of CS through my old style Dymo label maker, the kind you turn to the correct letter then squeeze the handle, it says notes across the strips. I put a little chalk on them so it would be easier to see in the photo. The mini gel pen is from the Target $ spot.

really great idea- love your folds for the pen and how cool to run your paper through the Dymo??? Neat idea, I'm going to have to give this a try. tfs-
