Paper Chef VSN:For this challenge, we were asked to make a card using the colors you find in your baked potato skins...brown (skin, bacon), white (potato meat), yellow (butter, cheese), green (green onions, olives). Now let's shake things up a bit, your card must also have the secret ingredient....RED for paprika or tomatos.
For my card, the potato skin is the chocolate chip brown background and ribbon, the flesh is the background of the flower plus the background of the card, the yellow is the centre of both flowers (so saffron and more mustard), and the green is on the frame and for "leaves" behind the frame (I used shimmer mist on both; it's really very shiny but this doesn't show well on the photo). The ruby red is used as a pop on the flower and title, plus a bit behind the brown background.
To make the flower, I inked up the stamp in different colours and stamped it; then I went back and watercoloured in the red centres and spritzed the background.
Hope you enjoy
