Well, I am late again this week! I couldn't find suitable attire for this week's venue! But I am definitely going in the front door because I didn't make a card with a *backside* on it! In fact, the only things about my card that are remotely similar to Cindy's tea pot are the colors and maybe a bit of an Asian look (probably a stretch!). I have some extra green tea in my bag in case we need it!
Thanks, Cindy, for the invite! This is going to be a fun one again!

What a beautiful card. Both the colors and the simplicity of the design give it an asian flair. I love the DP. Be careful not to get any sushi on this beauty.

Carla, I have missed you and all your beautiful dp! This is such an elegant card for the teapot party. You definitely get to use the front door. Don't worry about being late, I just got here too! Love your card. TFS :0)

Carla, this is elgegant. I love the flowers and the gold cording. The little gold brads are pretty too. This looks like a card that we need to put in a safe place so it doesn't get sushi or saki on it.

Hey, everyone! Carla's here and she's brought yet another one of her beautiful and elegant cards! It definitely has the oriental flair to it and the pretty blue and pink colors.
You getta to go on the terrace, too, Carla. Just watch yer step with all the sushi Michio and some of the others have been flingin' so freely. He's a sumo wrestlin', sushi slingin', sake drinkin' maniac!

Hey Carla! You're not late! I feel like I should make a recording of this but I need to warn everyone that comes! Since I have been waiting for you all to arrive on the terrace, this is what I have learned:
WHATEVER you do, DON'T step foot in the big circle right there. See that big circle? Cuz if you do, that big fat quy in the diaper will push you out, almost as soon as you step in and some times its sorta violent! He might be our host today but his has an attitude as big as his belly! Shhh! Here he comes!!
Since the day has progressed, the fat guy in a diaper has calmed down a little, and a new event has transpired. Slip-sliding on slimmy sushi into the circle. Whoever stops without leaving the circle wins! Whoo Hoo! Marilynn just brought a fresh load of sushi in her Peggy jeep so the sushi slinging is alive and well!
Once again you have brought a beautiful, refined, classy looking card to a less than desireable environment but that's okay cuz we found a room behind the terrace where we can store your card during the competition! Snort!
I love that you made it again this week! Your cards are always wonderful and most times get you in the front door! I look forward to seeing them. I can definately see the Japanese flair to your card! Thanks for coming.....you bring class to our tea parties week after week!

i think more tea is very much needed. Time to cut off the saki to certain party goers (you know who you are!) Your dp is so pretty with an Asian feel. Good choice.

Oh Carla, you are one of our quiet ones, I guess that is what I love about you. We do need some quiet time sometimes, yep, even here at the teaparty. I was missing you Carla...I am glad you made it. Come sit with me, I have all the sushi.
Your card is beautiful Carla, always the Queen of papers and love the tilted image. TFS
