This card had to be one layer to meet the challenge. That is really hard for me to do a one layer card now and feel like I have done a good job. I was pleased with how my foaming sea turned out. But I'm not so sure I like the card overall. I used crystal effects for a resist medium to get the foam effect. Just tapped it on with the bottle and my finger tip. I had smeared a little pacific ppoint ink lightly across the bottom of the card first with a daubber, then put on the crystal effects, them smeared and daubbed more pacific point. Then to really bring out the highlights I took a wet rag and wiped off any ink that had smeared onto the crystal effects. So I may use that tech again on another card that doesn't have to be one layer. Whew!
