This was a fun card to make. We're making it tonight for our card ministry for church. I stamped the image, which is from Heartfelt Creations, then used my SU watercolor pencils, which I haven't used in a LONG time. I used my aqua painter to spread the pencil. I used my nestabilities to make the white circle and then two nesties to make the porthole with added brads. Paper piercing was on each side of the porthole. I used the word window punch for praying for you and put those on a dimensional cut in half. The top note die was the background for this along with bashful blue and the swirls folder so it looked like water. I used black hemp in the holes on each side of the porthole. I also used a dauber to lightly brush bashful blue ink onto the sky in the image.
