Thank you for the lovely compliments, here are the directions. I can't remember where I found them, and hope I don't offend anyone by not mentioning their name, but I am so happy they shared!
WET BRAYER TECHNIQUE:
First ink the side of your brayer (about 1/3 of it) with Stampin' Up! Craft (or Classic), then ink the other side (1/3) with another color craft or classic ink pad, now you should have two sides of your brayer inked leaving a blank space in the middle about 1-1/2 " wide. Take a cosmetic sponge (or small ink cube - pigment/metallic gold) and dip one end into a puddle of Encore Metallic Gold refill. Dap the ink onto the bland space on your brayer. Now you have sort of a rainbow effect on your brayer.ue Burgundy. Take a spray bottle with water and spritz the brayer. Make sure you hold your brayer in a horizontal position or the colors will run into each other and get muddy. Spray enough water so that it drips off the brayer. Quickly brayer onto a piece of cardstock (doesn't have to be glossy) in quick short strokes, turning your paper in different directions and pushing the watered ink around. Don't do long strokes or over brayer or you will blend the colors too much which will give you a brown look.
Good luck and have fun and let me know where I can see what you did with this technique.
