I thought this sketch was going to be difficult at first, but as soon as I started working on it after deciding to use the beautiful Bella Bleu DSP (SU), everything just fell into place so easily. Usually, it does not work that way. I figured, for sure, since it was starting out easy, it would end difficult, but it didn't and I'm happy with the results. This is for my best friend who adores blue and white, so this is dedicated to her.
This card is for the MMSC5, which can be found here:
It's a great contest with a cash reward for the winner. You ought to check it out!!
I used blue and white pearls to go with my blue/white theme (the blue ones were sent to me by my buddy Wattle and I adore them# and used my blue and white ferns from my MS punch. I lightly touched the flower w/dazzling diamonds for just a hint of a sparkle, my swiss dots ef and leaf ef on some of the patterned paper #don't know it it showed up) to add a little more texture, some ribbon, pp, and that's about it.
Thanks so much for taking the time to look and if you have a chance, please let me know what you think!!! Have a great week & good luck to everyone on contest!!!

Ahhh...more sweet gorgeousness from Pam... This is beautiful - love the punched branches (of course) and the yummy pearls and the piercing... Awesome monochrome card...looks like it's as pretty on the inside too! I just ordered this hostess set at my workshop last night so I'm on the lookout for great cards to CASE! I don't know how you find the time to make all these gorgeous creations of yours!!

Oh Pam! This is SO good!!! You did so well with the sketch, I love how you adjusted the circle, it really is spectacular! Isn't it funny how a challenge will look really difficult and then flow so easily?!

This is elegant, Pam. Your papers are extraordinary and the design...oh that design is fabulous. I see you finish your cards as beautifully on the inside as you do the outside. I just cut some copy paper and call it quits. This is just spectacular, girl.

Awww...beautiful. I always think of Blue Willow or Old Britain Castle dishes when I see blue and white used together. Maybe it is because I have those and my OBC is in blue and white. Your card is gorgeous as usual and it was easy because you are a pro. Glad to see you got a card posted this week for the challenge.
