Planted five parsley seedlings on Friday. Checked each subsequent morning, no sign of marauding rabbits. This morning; #@!!%#!!, four of the five plants were decimated—all the beautiful leafy tops guillotined and gruesomely left lying on the ground, all the stems gone—devoured by those brazen bunnies! So for today’s Color Challenge to use only white CS, I printed out this photo taken last winter at the compost pile and made it into a card. I know their address; this card will be sent to: The Parsley Thievin’ Rabbit Ring, 4 under-the-Deck Lane, Peg’s garden, Wisconsin.

Techniques: Used iPhoto vignette ap around bunny photo. Used Microsoft Word to insert shapes to create ban symbol. Made it oval rather than round to fit better with rabbit image.

Awwwwhhh! Poor bunnies gotta eat too, ya know!! I feel your pain, really! Planted my garden right next to the house this year so I wouldn't be able to ignore the weeding! Crazy animals come right up and eat anyway. The squirrels and armadillos are the worst. Have even had deer. Love your card!!! Awesome photo of the bunny!!

Peg, you are a SCREAM!!! Do you know my way of keeping those cute little bunnies out of the garden? Speedy the CAT! LOL! He sits on the bay window's ledge and chatters like a monkey every time an intruder enters the garden! LOL! VERY Cute card!
Maybe you should move to the Eastern shore. I planted a garden two years in a row here and never had one bunny in sight. For that matter, I never had trouble with ANY animals. The bugs were the killers here!

How funny!
I once had a huge vegetable garden. I grew many kinds of veggies. I kept wondering of all the things I could not grow, why not the easy carrots? Were my seeds bad? Then one night I saw those little brown bunnies!
You do have to admit they are cute right? I also took pictures of the deer before I threw rocks to scare them!

Your card was very cute!! I think what makes it so funny is I can feel your pain. I don't plant a veggie garden but have flower beds. I gave up putting gerbera daisies in them because I think it is a delicacy for the bunnies. The worst part is they would chew the flowers off and leave them lay to taunt me!!
