I changed the image, colors, and left off the flower and scalloped edges.

3 dew drops (brads, bling or liquid pearls will qualify for this - no faux brads/etc)
Stickles or Shimmerz or glitter or glittery gel pen to glam it up!!
some sponging....
and to get the suitcase closed, you'll need some ribbon!! (thread will work too)"
I think I was within the 45 minute time limit, although I was interupted so many times, I can't swear to it! TFL!
