I used the new SU Manhattan Flower Textured Empressions Die on this beautiful sympathy card. I got the idea to brayer the debossed side of the image from Patty Bennett's amazing tutorial on her blog.....Patty's Stamping Spot...http://pattystamps.com/pattys_stampi...and-video.html
I do need to work at getting the lines out, but it looks just fine IRL. The Shimmery White CS adds such a nice subtle glitter. Thanks again Patty for sharing.
I am adding this card to Sharon's...ssnotime85 challenge to use yellow.
So nice to be home from our wonderful wk. long camping, hiking and dancing trip. I was itching to stamp and garden. Enjoy and TFL
After Patty's suggestion I dabbed more color using my brayer and finally my sponge dauber to get rid of the lines......thanks Patty :-)

FAbulous!! to get the "lines" out, just go over the lines with the brayer in a small area.. kind of "work it out".. I think I showed it on the video... Aren't these fun!? I love making them!

I like the way this turned out, Nancy! Lines? I think it looks great. Can't imagine how you could improve... Gorgeous, soft colors, and I like the way you cut it out.
