The following pictures are samples using a new technique I learned from princessp1971 (Patti) at the Clarkston, MI scrapbooking retreat. My upline liked it so well she asked me to demonstrate it at our last SU Demo meeting. It was a fun and easy technique to present (thank you so much Patti!!). Basically you just lay your stamp face up, lay down your designer paper face up, and rub with an emery board to get the desired effect. I love it because I like anything that looks shabby and antique (plus it works for my heritage albums).

I like all the layers and the color combinations. Of course anything with a pocket is a go for me also. It is hard to see the stamp image that you used for the technique but probably better in person.
