My SIL's mother passed away on the weekend so I have made a couple of sympathy cards for my SIL and brother and my niece and her family.
Used this week's Sketch Challenge as my layout guide. Used Versafine Black Onyx to stamp the Floral bg stamp onto Kraft cardstock; the flower image is from Our Daily Bread Design's stamp set "Sing to the Lord". The camera didn't capture it, but after I colored in the image, I stamped Versamark over the entire panel and embossed with clear powder. Lined up the sentiment with my Stamp-a-ma-jig.

This is a BEAUTIFUL card. I LOVE the colors, layout, the b/g stamp and the image and coloring. Love that border punch. Us punching pals have to stick together. It will surely bring comfort to your SIL! TFS!

I always feel funny commenting on a sympathy card - such a sad reason to make a card, but this really is lovely and I am sure it will bring comfort to your SIL and her family.
