I am so impressed that you did this group of cards! I just joined Splitcoast, but when my family member was stationed in Iraq, she specifically requested cards that could be sent to the U.S. FROM the soldiers, as the BX runs out of what they want in a hurry. That year we made Easter and spring cards. She worked in the hospital and said that it was not necessarily possible to distribute cards to patients. However if cards were sent to patients, she did ask for some that were generic, that could be given to Iraqi patients as well. Like with just a picture on them.
