As you can see there are grapes on Cindy's teapot and none on my card. Well, after seeing all the creative cards coming to the party I just stomped the grapes, drank the wine and ended up with just one pear! I did use some of the original colors and outlined the pear and leaves with some white 3D paint but certainly not the acrylic used by the hostess! There has been some talk about gambling so I will just take my chances. Think I will bring some whipped cream cheese for my pear.

This turned out great. I love the pears outlined. I wish I had thought to stomp some grapes and drink the juice. Brilliant idea. Better get some more. This is going to be a wild party.. Super card. This is the perfect image. TFS

Yah! So glad you decided to play! Musta been that loose feeling you get when you stomp grapes and slurp up the remains! Snort! Your card is very creative! I love that you *gambled* on the white accents and pretty ribbon! Your lone pear is perfect as the main image! And to boot, its shaped like a pear which more than I can say for mine! Snort!
The gambling room is getting rowdy. The gorilla knocked the table over trying to get to Marilynn's banana and some are arquing that they had better poker hands than they had before the table got up-ended! Yikes!!!
Thanks for showing up again Marilyn! I am thrilled to have you at my teaparty and thanks for the link!

I love your pear! The white highlights are so cool. Who needs grapes when you've got such a great..... focal image (I was going to say great pear, but I didn't want anyone to take it the wrong way - you know what happens after too much grape juice.) Lovely teapot card!

What a lovely image. I think the wine freed up your artistic side. Gorgeous pair with the stem. I love the white highlights also. I love this lone pear. How was your pear and whipped cream cheese. MMMMMMMMMMM that sounds delicious actually.

MMMM tea with a side of whipped cream cheese and some wine! Let's party! That's the spirit, who needed grapes anyway? I LOVE the wispy, light colors and the embossing! And your super cute layout and embellies! I FOLD to this pear-ific card, hee!

Marilynn, beautiful card. I love how you colored your pear. After reading your description, I got to thinking that if we took all the grapes that everyone else brought and we trick that gorilla (who know that Cindy had a gorilla?) into stomping them... well I think there might be some whine. That would be from Cindy complaining that we got grape juice on her white carpet.

What a pretty pear!! I love the coloring and shading you did on the image, along with the white painted highlights!! Very elegant looking! Don't worry about not having grapes... there were plenty of us that brought grapes, and we'll share! Actually, I think you were smart to make wine with yours!
