I got a new stack of paper at Michael’s and was eager to use it. It’s by Die Cuts With a View and it’s called “Citrus.” The flower layer is from this pad, and so is the yellow strip. I embossed the yellow strip with a Cuttlebug border folder. The white is embossed with a Fiskars texture plate called “Leaves.” The sentiment is from All Occasions. I embossed around it with a Nestability, and matted it with the same yellow. The butterfly I received from a friend. I just realized this is very much a “card parts” card – the leaves were already embossed, the sentiment was already stamped and embossed, and the butterfly came to me already stamped on vellum and cut out. How could it possibly have taken as long as it did??? LOL!

Wow!! That butterfly is fabulous and I love all the texture - an 'all-round' beautiful card...

What a pretty card! I love the elegance of the white contrasting with the bright cheeriness of the printed paper. The way you have combined those is awesome!
